We’d love to help share your community event! Please submit all details at least 6 weeks in advance.

Late submissions may not meet print deadlines.

Include:

• Organization name & contact info

• Event location, dates, times, and title

• Brief description (with email/phone/website)
   

Important Notes:

• This service is for nonprofit organizations only.

• Submissions that don’t follow these guidelines cannot be published.

• Due to high demand, listings are not guaranteed to appear in Coffee News.

• As this is a free service, we do not send confirmations if your event is included.​
